Originally crafted as a collaboration between BJ’s and the historic Caledonian Brewery in Edinburgh, this beer features a balance of sweet Scottish malts with American hops. Maris Otter, Crystal, Munich, and Black malts contribute to a rich, caramel and toffee flavor profile, while Lorai and Talus hops provide fruity esters and a 44 IBU bitterness.
